Return Policy

We get it. Sometimes things just don’t work out (like that one client who swore their Chihuahua was “great with strangers”).

Here’s the deal:
You’ve got 30 days from when your order lands to send it back if it’s not what you expected. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

How to return:
Shoot us an email at support@pupularapparel.com with your order number, a picture of the item, and a description of what’s going on. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds:
Once we get your item back and confirm it isn't covered in dog hair, we’ll refund your original payment method. Give it 3–5 business days to show up. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we’re at fault.
