Shipping policy

We know you’ve got pets to care for and no time for guessing games. Here’s how shipping works at Pupular Apparel:

Processing Time
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take a little longer—we’ll let you know if that’s the case.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking number so you can obsessively refresh it like the rest of us.

Delivery times vary, but typical transit times are:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

• International Shipping: 1–3 weeks (customs can be weird)

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the U.S. and select international locations.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package leaves our hands, it’s in the paws of the carrier. That said, if your order is lost or arrives damaged, email us at support@pupularapparel.com and we’ll do our best to help sort it out.

Wrong Address?
Please double-check your info before placing the order. If it ships to the wrong place, we can’t guarantee a fix—but if you catch it early, let us know and we’ll try to update it before it goes out.
